Hi, I am Karen Taylor, but most people know me by my nickname “DeeDee.” I absolutely love to travel, cruise, explore new places, and fully immerse myself into the cultures of my destinations!
My travel experiences include both domestic and international travel, including the United States, parts of Canada, along with the Eastern and Western Caribbean...so far!
I absolutely love being a travel advisor. It gives me the opportunity to share my passion for travel every time I help my clients plan their vacations to unforgettable destinations. It also helps me to honor my sweet mama’s memory, who gave me my love for travel and cruising!
I still live in the small, country community where I grew up. called Hephzibah. It's located right between Waynesboro and Augusta, the home of the Masters. We're known for our Southern hospitality. And our town is so small, that everyone knows just about everyone. But if you don’t know them personally, you've probably at least heard of them from someone else!
In 2000, I married my husband, Hank, and in 2004 we had our daughter, Hannah. Together, they are my whole world, and they just happen to be my two favorite travel partners who also share my passion! Hank works across the river in South Carolina at TTX SRD Railroad where he has worked a welder since 1994, and Hannah is our beautiful ray of sunshine and a college student.
We love spending as much time as we possibly can with all of our friends and family. We enjoy camping, riding backroads in my jeep aka “Wanderer” with the doors/top off, going on Cruises, exploring new places or just traveling anywhere and everywhere our LIFE takes us!
