My service begins with a complimentary 30-minute phone consultation or zoom meeting, where we’ll discuss the type of vacation you want to experience, who will be traveling with you, your preferred dates, length of travel, and your expectations for the trip. This conversation allows me to fully understand what matters most to you.

Based on our discussion, I customize your itinerary to reflect your preferences and travel style. I provide expert guidance and personalized recommendations during our consultation and throughout the entire planning process. I devote dedicated time and care to curating the best possible travel experience for you.

I partner with trusted, top-tier suppliers in the travel industry who consistently deliver exceptional experiences and customer service.

All trip details and documents are managed through Tern, a secure, all-in-one trip planning platform. Throughout the booking and payment process, I upload supplier invoices (when available) as well as agency invoices for your peace of mind. You’ll have access to the Tern client portal and mobile app, where you can view your itinerary, reservations, and travel documents at any time. If needed, I’m happy to print and mail documents prior to departure.

Before you travel, we’ll have a pre-departure appointment to review your itinerary in detail and discuss what to expect. Clients consistently tell me this meeting is one of the most valuable parts of my service and greatly reduces travel stress.

After you return, I follow up to review your experience and learn how I can continue to improve my services.

As a professional travel advisor with 15 years of experience, I work with clients who value expert planning and personalized service. I’ve invested significant time and resources into firsthand travel experiences to better serve my clients, and I kindly ask that my itineraries not be shared with anyone who has not paid for my services.

My non-refundable agency planning fee allows me to limit my client load and provide a higher level of service, responsiveness, and attention to detail. Once the planning fee is received, I begin researching and gathering customized options for you. After you select the option that best fits your needs, I take care of the rest—so you can simply enjoy anticipating your vacation.

When considering the planning fee, ask yourself:

• Is it worth having the stress of planning removed?
• Do I have the time to wait on hold with airlines or hotels if changes are needed?
• Would I rather speak or text directly with my dedicated travel advisor—or speak with someone different every time I have a question?
